the % of AMI to rent that unit type.
Note- To ensure affordable rents, the minimum monthly income to be considered is 2.5 times the
rent with exceptions for households with a current Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8)

If you already have a Section 8 Voucher, it can be used for this property and you would pay 30% of your adjusted gross income.
If you do not currently have a voucher, you will not be provided one and your household will need to be able to meet the
minimum and maximum income limits. You will also be paying the rent associated with your units set aside.
